International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC)

As part of the health system reconstruction project in the Central African Republic, the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) through the financing of the German Bank KFW adopted the DELTA platform to enable the donor to monitor in real time the activities of the Project in the field:

• All Project activities are managed via the platform (planning, development, monitoring and reporting);
• All Project documents are integrated into the platform (logical framework, indicators, activities, etc.);
• All field data is sent to the central level via the platform;
• At least 80% of the analyzes are carried out by the platform (achievements, finances, indicators, data);
• All activity reports as well as the complete documentation of the Project are accessible via the platform;
• All construction activities and tasks are monitored via the platform;
• All Project stakeholders have access to information via the platform.
